ROUND TRIP SERVICE
Round trip service means we send a shipping box directly to your location — you drop your core in it and ship it back to us, then we ship the rebuilt or exchange unit back to you.
This saves you from having to source your own box for a heavy transmission.

PACKING YOUR TRANSMISSION FOR SHIPMENT
Proper packing is critical to prevent damage in transit. Before shipping:
- Drain all oil from the transmission before shipping.
- Wrap the transmission in at least 2–3 inches of foam or bubble wrap on all sides.
- Double-box if possible.
- Print and include the packing form / work order inside the box.
- Write your name and contact number on the outside of the box.
- Mark the box as FRAGILE.
We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, AFB/APO/FPO addresses, or International addresses.
All orders ship to the verified address on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.
